Cleaned and packed in California’s Central Valley, these delicious healthful rices include Extra Fancy 100% wild rice, and delicious blends of wild rice, brown rice, and basmati. 6-Grain medley combines three beautiful and delicious rices with hull less barley, rye berries and black and purple barley.
Gourmet Valley rices can be combined with sautéed vegetables, nuts and other grains to make a complete meal. The addition of protein such as sautéed shrimp can change any Gourmet Valley rice dish from a side, to a main course. Suggested cooking liquids include water, chicken or beef stock, or fish stock.
The combination of French riz rouge, wild rice, and long grain white rice provides a tasteful blend of three significantly differenct rices that work in combination, and cook evenly. Great flavors, beautiful presentation.
